Menorca Villas was founded in 1975 by a young outgoing business man called Arturo Sintes dedicating himself to the planning and construction of apartments and high standing housing.

Also known as “the lord of the swimming pools” he was a pioneer in the introduction of the concrete gunite (shotcrete) technique to the island and the forming of watertight pools.
